This morning after i woke up and as usual, i will suft the web and log in to Cybertracker and see is there any latest upload movies, TVB drama or what. Sudden i was attracted by one announcement post in Cybertracker and it sounds like this : TO ALL USERS, PLEASE MAINTAIN YOUR GLOBAL RATIO ABOVE 0.5 BY THIS MONDAY OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DOWNLOAD.
I found that the webmaster is trying to persuade me to upgrade my U-torrent server by using the Ad Populum Appeal to Force . I have to upgrade my server or i won't get any chance to download anything from the cybertracker and i have to say goodbye to my beloved Hong Kong TVB drama.
