How to spell Pallet??

Today I accompany dad go “Yam Cha” with his friend. They chat about the production line in the factory and how many pallets of goods have spoil due to some technical error and so on. This is the first time I heard the name of pallet.
I try to spell the name out correctly without referring to any books or dictionary. I also make a wild guest the meaning of pallet. I thought it was Pilot? Palette? Pallette?
After that I discover that I used the Semantic knowledge
that I learnt in the Critical Thinking class. I try to spell the word and catch the meaning of concept.
By the way pallet means: “A portable platform for storing or moving goods that are stacked on it.”

Merdeka~Merdeka~~Merdeka~~~~

Recently read from the newspaper and I found an interesting comment. The author said this year is hardly to feel the sign of Merdeka is coming. He can’t see any celebration of it yet and there is only few day to go before our Malaysia’s 51th birthday. The author gave 2 explanations how this can happened.
Firstly it was because of Beijing Olympic 2008 which just end last 2 weeks. Everyone in Malaysia was paying their attention to support their favorite sport athletes and keep an eyes of their performance. Of course, including our only hope of medal, Lee Choong Wei , the male single badminton player. (He won the silver medal and the only medal of Malaysia in Beijing Olympic)
Second it was because of the By-election which had just end in Permatang Pauh. This is the first By-election after the 12th general election in March 2008 and one of the politicians who took part was our formal deputy prime minister, Anwar Ibrahim. All Malaysian are curious to see can he win this election and return to the Parliament? (He won the seat in parliament at last)
From what the author said I can strongly feel that this is cause precedes the effect which mean the effect here is hardly to feel the sign of celebrating the our independent day. The causes were the Beijing Olympic game and by-election in Permatang Pauh.

Happy 51th Birthday Malaysia!

Yummy Chicken Rice~~~

Dad and I have lunch in a food court where there is one stall who famous with chicken rice nearby SS2 PJ. We ordered roaster chicken chest and thigh with rice. We enjoy our lunch very much because the food was delicious! The skin of the roaster chicken is so crispy. Somehow we found that the skins of chicken are quite charred thus we told the stall hawker about it. Do you know how he answered us?
He said: “The skins of the roaster chickens that I sale are quite char but this is my style. My customers told me that my chicken rice is the number one in Petaling Jaya. Don’t worry man!”
Then we just say goodbye and thank you for the delicious meal. On the way home I was thinking and thinking which fallacy the stall hawker used. Lastly I found that he was using Ad Hominem Circumstantial fallacy. Of course the stall hawker wants to maintain his reputation and claim that there is no problem with the charred skin of the chicken.
I also discovered that the argument that the stall hawker claimed is a bad argument. Let’s see again what he said: “The skins of the roaster chickens that I sell are quite char but this is my style. My customers told me that my chicken rice is the number one in Petaling Jaya. Don’t worry man!”
His conclusion is: Don’t worry about the charred chicken skin.
His premise one is: This is my style.
His premise two is: My customers told me that my chicken rice is the number one in Petaling Jaya.
I was not persuaded by his premises to believe in his conclusion because I know that charred food is not good for health. The conclusion is untrue and the premise two is irrelevant to the conclusion. Therefore this is an inductive argument
.

Am i too sensitive???

This afternoon i fetch my mom to somewhere and after i park the car and go down from the car a guy come approach to me. Initially my intuition told me that this guy might be a robber or a bad guy. I had prepare to let him taste my fist and "shadow leg" which i learnt last time during secondary school if he really a bad guy. You must know that nowadays there are a lot of bad guys who always do bad things to the people and to the society. KL is no longer safe anymore.

Surprisingly he just want to ask about how to go Kepong but i still hold my guts and always beware of him. Yet i still answered his question and show him the way to go to Kepong without any hesitation. In the end nothing happened and he said thank you to me and go.

I am not trying to tell you that i know self-defence skill but is about Critical Thinkng man! No no should be Sister! lol. Ya why i know how to go to Kepong Baru without any guideline? This is because it has be an Implicit Knowledge that stored in my mind since few years ago. Therefore i need no guideline to show him how to go to Kepong.

MSC= Multimedia Super Corridor

I received one bronchure in the Central Plaza there. The bronchure is given by the MSC Malaysia Client Contact Centre (Clic). The bronchure is about how to capitalising and innovative ideas. Before this i had know what MSC stand for but i never know how they function as.

In the first paragraph of the bronchure they already stated a clear definition for the meaning and functions of MSC Malaysia and it sounds like this :

"MSC Malaysia, is a national initiative spearheaded by the Malaysia-Government to promote both the national ICT industry and provide a test-bed for the global industry."

I found that a precisely definition technique has been use in this bronchure because they give a very detail explaination about the function of MSC in the paragraph.

Every weekend's night i will go back to my hometown which locate in KL. Then tonight as usual my parents will come and pick me up after 10pm and i was given a chance to drive back to KL tonight. Since there has been a while i didn't drive therefore i try to drive as safe as possible. On the way suddenly my dad said : " Hey my dear do u know that you can drive just like MS?"

I thought he was saying that i can drive just like the F1 champion Michael Schumacher. But after that dad continue to say: " Ya my son you can really drive like Mr Snail. Who else you thought? Michael Schumacher? haha! forget about it."

From what my dad told me i found out that he was using Simile to describe how slow i was drive.By the way it was kinda sad because there is nothing wrong to drive slow and steady!!! Safety come first what...

Is all about Cybertracker

This morning after i woke up and as usual, i will suft the web and log in to Cybertracker and see is there any latest upload movies, TVB drama or what. Sudden i was attracted by one announcement post in Cybertracker and it sounds like this : TO ALL USERS, PLEASE MAINTAIN YOUR GLOBAL RATIO ABOVE 0.5 BY THIS MONDAY OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DOWNLOAD.

I found that the webmaster is trying to persuade me to upgrade my U-torrent server by using the
Ad Populum Appeal to Force . I have to upgrade my server or i won't get any chance to download anything from the cybertracker and i have to say goodbye to my beloved Hong Kong TVB drama.

He should send her back to her hostel

Yesterdaty night after the Critical Thinking replacement class, fews of us walk back to our hostel. On the way my friend, mr Handsome saw her dream girl in MMU. As mr Handsome's friend we know that we should left 2 of them behind and give an opportunity to mr handsome to talk with the girl alone.Ya he managed to do that well. But at last he didn't accompany the girl to go back to her hostel. We said to mr Handsome : "Hey my dear, why don't you accompany her back to her hostel because the road to there is quite dark and not safety enough. As a man, you should behave like a man and accompany her and protect her go back to her hostel because every man or every gentleman should do that."

From our conversation we had use Ad Populum Appeal to Common Practice, which mean we were giving mr Handsome peer pressure to send the girl back since he is a man.
